Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer returns and refunds under the following conditions.

1. Return Window You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Undergarments, swimwear, and personalized/custom items are final sale and non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
  • Sale/clearance items may be eligible for store credit only (check product page).

3. Return Process

  1. Log into your account or contact us at info@justinecyber.me to request a return.
  2. Pack the item securely in original packaging.
  3. Ship back to: Justine Cyber LLC, 2314 Maple Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90011 (include original order number).
  4. We recommend using a trackable shipping method (return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective/damaged).

4. Refunds

  • Once received and inspected (usually 5–10 business days), we issue a refund to your original payment method.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank.

5. Exchanges We offer size/color exchanges subject to availability. Contact us first to confirm stock.

6. Defective/Damaged Items If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos. We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement.
